Our History
Protoshapes, Inc. began operations in December 1996 to service companies who required rapid, short run production of small to medium sized plastic parts. Within a year, the demand for production from increased sales necessitated relocating to a larger facility, increasing equipment and adding personnel.

New equipment purchased during this phase included metering machines, which automatically mix and inject Thermoset plastic into molds to produce parts. Through the years, Protoshapes, Inc. has discovered unique alternative production methods by adapting these techniques to suit specific project requirements. Our ability to innovate is the key to success for many of our clients. Our client portfolio demonstrates the success of our processes and solutions.
